Choose Personalization from the left pane of the settings menu. Use the keyboard shortcut Windows key + I.Ģ. Choose Background to be taken to the menu. Use your mouse and right-click anywhere on your Windows desktop and choose Personalize.Ģ. You have a couple of options to get to the Background menu.
